Mr. Eastland's Journey

 In just being 35 years young, Mr. Eastland has been considered by his peers and mentors, what it is known to be an old soul. Growing up in the historic neighborhood of Acreage Homes, “Acres Homes”, a community located within the inner-city limits of Houston, Texas. In just a young span of living, Earnest incorporated this message as his life’s concept. “You will not enjoy tomorrow joys' if you never embrace today's trials and tribulations”. Adhering to this concept, is how Mr. Eastland believes he continues to inspire his mentors, peers, as well the youth and young adults of today!

Earnest is a graduate of Booker T. Washington the High School of Engineering Professions. There he accumulated the title as a Max Emfinger High School All- American Quarterback. He is also a proud alumna of World-renowned Grambling State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in the field of Psychology. 

When it comes to Mr. Eastland’s philosophy to his approach on life, he believes all of life situations, no matter great, good, bad or worst, have all played a significant role in the building of his character and viewpoint regarding life within its entirety.
 

Having been a Keynote Speaker and Master of Ceremony for a variety of events, such as Texas Southern University TRIO talent program, The Intergenerational Men Mentoring Program, Booker T Washington Senior High School Senior breakfast and Luncheon, The WEB DuBois Young Scientists of Tomorrow Program and The LA Gear Up Program. Mr. Eastland has also spoken at

The Harris County LEE Program Summer Olympics and Special Olympics, The Boy Scouts of America, the 4H Club and the Missing Element Mentoring Program just to name a few. 

Currently, Mr. Eastland is a contracted Executive Consultant and Client Manager of model and social influencer Mr. Irvin Randle, as well the Dir of Promotions to Ms. Ivy McGregor who is the CEO and Chief Architect of IVY Inc and Executive Dir of Global Philanthropy Beygood and Parkwood Entertainment for Mrs. Beyoncé Knowles- Carter.

Mr. Eastland also consults for various NFL talents with Super Bowl Champion, and retired now running back CJ Anderson, and former Houston Texan and Dallas Cowboy Linebacker Mister Alexander being some of his headline clients.

In addition to being a dynamic innovator amongst his family, friends and strangers. Earnest is also the founder of a Non-Profit Organization known as The Earnest Eastland Project, as well as the author to a host of several self-help motivational books, known as How to be That Dude and Another Day's Journey Part 1 and 2. He’s also written for his own column for the San Angelo times known as “Earnest's Truth.”

When he is not assisting, consulting, strategizing, organizing and facilitating other affairs, Earnest likes to spend his alone time seeking ways for him to further grow and develop his own personal dreams, goals and aspirations.
